On Saturday June 23, 2007, Archpriest Fr. Sipan Mekhsian attended the Commencement ceremonies of the Arshag Dickranian School.  He extended a special message to the graduates from the Primate, His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian.  On this significant occasion, the Primate stated “The success of this school is owed to Mr. Vartkes Kouryan, the members of the Board, the teachers and parents who together dedicate their lives for the mission of the school.  On this special day we celebrate the vision of Mr. Arshag Dickranian, the founder of the school, for his generous contributions.”
