The Church service was followed by a fundraising reception in the backyard of the church. During the reception, the Primate expressed his great satisfaction with the enthusiastic Parish and their future expansion plans through purchasing an adjacent property to the church. The Primate thanked Fr. Tashjian, the Parish Counci,l and the Fesjian Hall Building Committee for their efforts in this regard.

Rev. Fr. Archpriest Moushegh Tashjian expressed his gratitude to the Primate and the Diocesan Council for their support and encouragements. He thanked the church benefactors Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Palanjian as well as all other donors for their contribution to the church. Mr. Ara Karakesisoglu, Parish Council Chairman, and Mr. Byusand Zoraian, briefed the guests on the financial situation of the church as well as the purchasing of the adjacent land mentioned above. We are glad to inform that $121,000 was pledged during this event.
