Western Diocese

On March 14, 2008, His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian presided over the Lenten Prayer service at the Western Diocese. The liturgy was sung by the Khachadourian Choir of the Mother Cathedral. The Primate addressed the audience and in his remarks expanded on the spiritual significance of the Lenten period – in preparation for the Holy Week and Easter and understanding of the true meaning of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
