News » Armenian Church of Arizona Begins Church Construction
Published on May 02 2008 by Divan of the Diocese
The Diocese happily announces to the faithful of the Western Diocese that the Armenian Church of Arizona, having received the necessary permits and agreements will soon be beginning the construction of their church building. The parish priest is Fr. Zakaria Saripekian.
With pride we want to announce that according to the wishes of the primary donors, the Hovsepian Sisters, it was agreed that the new church will be called St. Apkar.
We pray that with the Lord’s blessings that the church will be consecrated as part of the Holy Armenian Apostolic Church.
